Legal Tint Information

Editable local tint law and policy content

This page is intentionally content-managed so the owner can update local legal guidance, windshield policy, and compliance notes without code changes.

Tint laws vary by state and can change over time. JW Tint discusses available film options during the quote and booking process, but customers remain responsible for choosing a compliant setup for their vehicle and jurisdiction. Windshield, visor-strip, and front-window rules should always be reviewed against current local law before installation.

JW Tint collects the contact details, vehicle information, and communication preferences needed to respond to quotes, schedule appointments, send service updates, and maintain customer records. Information is used only for shop operations, customer support, reminder messaging, and recordkeeping, and it is not sold to third parties. Customers may request record updates or ask to stop non-essential communications at any time.

Appointments are reserved for the selected service window and may require confirmation before installation begins. Customers are responsible for sharing accurate vehicle details, arriving on time, and following post-install care instructions. Warranty coverage follows the purchased film package and excludes abuse, accidents, or damage caused after delivery. Reschedules and cancellations should be requested as early as possible so shop time can be reassigned.
